ROOFTECH has provided long-term planning and maintenance programs for universities, school districts, cities, counties, and facility managers since our beginning. These services typically include roof inspections and the analysis of the roofs on the various facilities to determine the general condition, the life expectancy, the replacement costs, and the maintenance requirements of the roofs on the various facilities. These findings are generally presented in a Five-Year Plan identifying the maintenance and roof replacement requirements during the five-year period and the costs associated with the maintenance and required roof replacements.
