ROOFTECH provided design, bidding, and construction administration services for the replacement of the roofs on a circa 1960s school building. Our design included re-sloping the roofs, raising the HVAC units, raising and replacing the electrical lines on the roof, raising the gas lines, replacing the roofs, and designing a new fascia system to totally transform the facility.
