Shawn Clark

Shawn Clark, Contract Administrator, has over 20 years experience in office administration with 15 years in Contract Administration. She holds a B.A. degree in Recreational Leadership with a minor in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Ms. Clark handled contract administration for the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (Trinity Railway Express), the North Texas Tollway Authority (DNT Phase 3 & PGBT Segment IV), and DFWIA (Terminal C Expansion & ATSAC II Integrated Partners Joint Venture).

At ROOFTECH, Ms. Clark prepares and executes contract documents, pay applications, change orders, tracks projects and provides project closeout documentation in accordance with the contract documents. She also prepares the companies Statement of Qualifications / Request for Qualifications, and client proposals.

Cindy Chadwell

Cindy Chadwell, AIA, RRC, President/Chief Executive Officer Principal Architect with over 30 years experience in Architectural Design and Construction. Specializing in roofing design and construction since 1993, she has extensive experience in managing all phases of Design and Construction Projects. She has worked for general contracting companies as well as architectural firms prior to entering the roof consulting profession.

She has been the President/CEO of ROOFTECH/The Chadwell Group LP since 2004. She began as Director of Construction Administration in 1993 and was General Manager of ROOFTECH from 2001 until she purchased ROOFTECH in 2003. Her responsibilities include managing the daily operations as well as design, consulting, inspection, testing, and construction administration projects for clients.
